Water Baptism & Church Picnic 2025
Baptism is an important part of the Christian walk and an important moment in the life of the church. Come out and support those making the declaration to follow Christ!
We'll head over to Bay View Beach at 12PM. Lunch will be served around 12:30PM and we'll plan to start the baptism sometime after that.

One 9AM Service & Church Picnic
Wisconsin summers are fantastic and our God is so good! Let's gather for one worship service on Sunday August 10th at 9am followed by a Pot-Luck Picnic and fellowship!
Here's what you need to know:
-This will be a regular indoor worship service at 9am
-Kid's Ministries will be operating as usual for all ages
-Bring your lawn chair or picnic blanket for a place to sit outside during the picnic
-Lunch is Pot Luck! MHLC will provide pulled pork sandwiches and beverages.

Tenebrae, Good Friday - Lake Country
Experience the profound solemnity of the Tenebrae service as we journey through the narrative of Christ's Passion. Witness the gradual extinguishing of seven candles, each marking a significant moment in the scriptures foretelling His sacrifice. With each passage, a candle fades, accompanied by a song, and a sacred pause for reflection. The service will culminate in a moment of profound silence, evoking a deep longing for the promise of resurrection.

Women's Retreat 2025
Please join us for our annual Women's Retreat. We'll spend time in worship, prayer, hearing the word and fellowshipping with one another. The event is held at the Bay View location, from 7-9pm on Friday night (doors open for registration & appetizers at 6:15pm) and 9am to 12pm on Saturday (doors open for breakfast at 8:30am).
Appetizers will be served on Friday night from 6:15-7:00pm followed by dessert after the service. Saturday will include breakfast at 8:30am. Gluten free options available.
Childcare is available for $10 per family on SATURDAY ONLY with registration.
Scholarships are available. We don't want anyone to miss the event due to finances. If the cost is prohibitive you can request a 50% off scholarship. If you are in need of a scholarship, or have any other questions, please contact Robin at robin@mercyhill.org.

Uprise Winter Retreat
The Youth of Mercy Hill are invited to our winter retreat at The Woods Camp in Fredonia, WI. A $140 registration will include food, lodging at Camp AWANA, sledding, ice skating, broom ball, tobogganing and more!

The Gathering
All ministry volunteers and leaders should plan to attend this yearly “gathering” of all those who serve at Mercy Hill Church. We’ll gather at our Bay View campus to pray, worship, hear a sermon, celebrate all that God has done and seek what God will do in 2025. After the event we will serve appetizers & desserts.

Join us for a special day and time of TARRY: Prayer & Worship Night. (Normally this event meets on the third Saturday of each month at 6:30PM). This evening is an opportunity for us to continue seeking the Lord together as a spiritual community.
Additionally we invite you to join us in a 24 hour fast beginning Saturday, January 18 and ending on Sunday, January 19 at the Gathering.

The week will end with our annual ministry volunteer/leadership gathering at our Bay View campus at 6PM. We will gather to thank God for the previous year and unite our hearts for the coming year.

Christmas Eve Service - Lake Country
Join us on Christmas Eve at 4PM for a night of scripture reading and carols as we sing by some candlelight. It's a great tradition for you and your family to start or continue.
Only nursery age will be provided, but children are welcome to attend this hour long service.
Men's Breakfast
We welcome men of Mercy Hill to join us at our Bay View location for a Men’s Breakfast! Registration is $10 and will cover a custom made chef’s omelette breakfast, beverage service, meaningful fellowship, and an inspiring message on courage and prayer with Pastor Kevin Oelke!

The most obvious example of baptism that we see in the Bible is that of Jesus Himself (Matt. 3). In that case, baptism served as confirmation from God the Father that Jesus was, in fact, who He claimed to be. But Jesus didn’t stop at merely setting an example of baptism. He went on to command in Matthew 28 that Christians should go into the world, preach the Gospel and baptize believers. Therefore, baptism is not just a recommendation for the believer, but a command for all those who have been saved by the grace of God, put their faith in Him and desire to obediently follow the Lord.
