If you consider MH your home church, we believe that the Bible is calling you to:
Be in community
We have several places and opportunities for you to minister; including greeting, holding babies, running the slideshow, making meals for others and much, much more. If you would like to find a place to minister at MH, fill out this form and one of our ministry leaders will contact you about getting involved.
A Christ-Centered 12 step recovery program
Every Monday at 6:30PM
In the Mercy Hill Cafe
We are all made in the image of God, and part of that image is community. God is one God who exists eternally as three persons (the Heavenly Father, Jesus the Son, and the Holy Spirit) in eternal, perfect community. We understand that humans not only long for but are also made for community to reflect the image of the Triune God.
Community Groups are where people live life together and help one another throughout our cities to serve our cities. Each week, dozens of people meet in different communities to learn about God, pray, eat, laugh, and live.
EKKLESIA MINISTRY COLLEGE
A localized ministry of Mercy Hill Church for those wishing to further education. Fully accredited. Certificate, Bachelors, & Master Degrees in ministry and theology are available.
Adult Bible Study
So often we are taught the principles of Christianity without being trained in the "how to.” Mercy Hill Equip is a series of 3-4 week sessions designed to train believers how to live out their Christian faith. Plan on attending Equip every Wednesday night at 6:30PM.
MH Kids is our children's ministry which takes place during Sunday morning service:
At Mercy Hill, we believe that it is important to teach children at a young age what it means to be a follower of Christ and to live a life that brings glory to God. This means not only teaching kids during the short time together on a Sunday, but also encouraging and supporting parents to live and teach the Gospel in their homes daily.
At Mercy Hill, we've broken our outreach efforts into different branches:
Global Concerns: Missions trips/support, relief efforts, social justice/awareness.
For more information on Global Concerns contact Bob Dienhart.
Community Outreach: Local Gospel outreaches and relief efforts, including health clinics and food pantry donations.
To aid in helping us effectively BE the church, we have broken our Pastoral Care ministry into four facets:
Counseling: Providing guidance in areas of spiritual matters, marital struggles, relationships, and times of crises
Visitation: Making hospital calls, home visitations, and providing prayer support
Meals: Organizing meals for families who have recently faced or are facing illness, surgery, or life with a new baby
As the church, everything we are and everything we do must stem from an understanding and love for God and His Word. That is why communion with God through prayer is so very important. Click here to find out more about this essential ministry.
If you have prayer needs, please fill out the form below. Our prayer team will receive all submissions. You can also email the prayer team directly at anytime: email@example.com
Students in grades 6-12
As a Christian, maturity has little to do with age. We believe that if you challenge teens to know the Word of God and show them how to apply it- they can do it, and be a great example to the Church. UPRISE, for students in grades 6-12, is a place for local youth to mature in Christ and experience authentic relationships. Each Wednesday night consists of a time of teaching, worship, hanging out and fun.
